Before you can share an access pass with your short-term renters, you'll need to first register your short-term rentals and get the necessary approval from the property owner association.
This is a one-time process for owners to initially register their rental properties and for Rental Managers to register any managed rental properties.
How to Register Short-Term Rentals:
1. After logging into the Seabrook Island Host Portal, select "Host Registration Portal."
2. Select “Short Term Rental Registration”
3. Enter your personal information. If you are a rental manager, enter your information and the company name you're completing the registration for.
4. Enter all your properties here using the Copy button where appropriate. Note that this is a one-time step unless you sell a property, change rental management companies, or buy an additional property.
5. Click the “Get Started” Button. Read the Owner Acknowledgements and click the “Next” button.
7. After reading each policy section, check the “Agreement” box to complete the Acknowledgement process.
8. The final Acknowledgement screen will be presented. Click the “Thank you!” button to exit.
9. A “Review Information” screen will present your Owner information and the rental unit information just entered. If you need to make corrections, click the “Edit” button to do so.
10. A screen saying “Thank you for submitting your short-term rental registration at Grand Complex” will appear. It provides your registration number and date of registration.
11. An email confirmation message is also sent.
12. A confirmation email will be sent after the Administrator reviews the registration. Click the “Continue” button when you are satisfied with your entry. Note: You can verify all of your rentals at any time by going to the My Rentals screen below.
