You can easily send your guests a link to the Seabrook Island guest registration portal. Once your guests have registered, they will receive a QR code to redeem when they arrive at the community and receive their printed pass. Please note: They will need to redeem their QR code at the pass office located at 1900 Seabrook Island Road, Seabrook Island, SC. If the pass office is closed, they will need to proceed to the main gate to receive the printed pass.
How to Invite Your Short-Term Rental Guests
1. Once you’ve registered your properties and have been approved by the Seabrook Island POA, select the “Invite a Rental Guest” tab.
2. Enter the guest's name, phone number, and email. Please note: The email is optional. You only need to enter a phone number.
3. Select the rental unit address from the drop down (this will only include the rentals registered to you or your company).
4. Next, select the pass type to match the duration or date range of the guest's stay. The pass types are as follows:
- Short-term Guest Pass for reservations lasting 1-179 days
- Long-Term Guest Pass for reservations lasting 180+ days
- Visitor Day Pass - This pass is meant for visitors of guests (e.g. family members in a guest's party). There is no charge for a visitor day pass.
5. Next, select dates of stay. Please note: The dates of stay cannot overlap, except for the arrival and departure dates.
6. [Optional] For those guests that have multiple individuals in their party arriving with their own vehicles, you can add multiple passes of the same type to their booking. The guests will then be able to share these passes with individuals in their party via text or email from their registration portal. Additional fees are charged for each pass added to the party.
Please note: You are limited to a certain number of passes per reservation based off the allowed occupancy of your rental unit/property.
7. If you want to add more than one rental guest, click “Add a Recipient” and enter the information for the next guest. This will allow you to send out QR codes and BULK PAY for all the recipients that are entered.
8. To bulk upload guests, click "Upload Guest List" and download the example spreadsheet. Match the data format in the spreadsheet with your guest data and upload the filled-out spreadsheet.
9. You will be prompted to review the submitted information and enter a credit card. The renter will also be sent a text and email (optional) with instructions to register the vehicle and complete the community orientation to receive their access pass.
