From the Invite a Rental Guest screen, select “Guest List” to view all of your guests that have been issued an invitation for a pass and the current status of the invitation. This will allow you to actively manage your rentals and make sure they receive a QR code prior to arriving.
Review the Status of Each Guest's Invitation
1. To check the status of the QR code, select guest list as shown above and view the list of guests you’ve invited – the top half of the screen indicates renters who have not scanned and redeemed their QR codes at the pass office to receive their QR codes.
The status of the pass indicates the following:
Ready to Scan - The guest has accessed the portal, registered their vehicle, and completed their orientation. They've received their QR code and they're ready to go.
Incomplete - The guest hasn't accessed the registration portal and completed the registration process.
Active - The guest has redeemed their QR code and received their printed pass.
Please note: As a host, you are responsible for monitoring the status of each guest invite to ensure your guests are prepared prior to arrival.
Resending Invites to Guests
If your guest hasn't received their link or can't find their QR code, you can resend the link via email or text using the "Reinvite" button.
Refunding Guest Passes
If a guest cancels a reservation or never shows up, you can refund your pass and delete it once refunded. Please note: You can't refund a pass
